农业信息系统共享交换平台的设计与实现

Design and Development on a Sharing and Exchange Platform for Agricultural Information System

天津市现有50多个农业信息系统,各部门、各单位之间信息资源共享交换没有统一的规范和数据交换通道,没有形成信息资源目录,无法有效的实现内部信息资源的整合和后续建设系统信息资源的管理。本研究通过建立农业信息系统共享交换平台,编制农业农村信息资源目录,整合各个农业信息系统数据资源,构建天津市农业农村委员会政务信息资源库,实现信息资源实时共享交换,推进农业系统信息资源的科学管理与充分利用。

There are more than 50 agricultural information systems in Tianjin City.Because there is no unified standard and data exchange channel among various departments and units,and no information resource catalogue,it resulted in not only that the data resources cannot be effectively shared,but also that the data usage cannot be fully integrated.In this study,agricultural information system sharing and exchange platform was established.Through complying agricultural rural information resources catalogue,data resources of each agricultural information system were integrated.Government affairs information resource database of Tianjin agricultural rural committee was constructed.Information resources were shared and exchanged in real time.It will promote the scientific management and full utilization level for agricultural system information resources.
