摘要
合成了一种新型结构的α-二亚胺镍催化剂,采用1H核磁共振(NMR)、13 C NMR、元素分析等方法对配体和催化剂的结构进行表征,并利用高压间歇溶液聚合反应釜对催化剂进行乙烯聚合评价。结果表明,在聚合温度为60℃时,该催化体系具有最高的聚合活性,可达9.38×106 g/(mol·h)。而且,通过对乙烯聚合动力学的初步研究,该催化剂相对于其他同类型的镍催化剂催化活性衰减慢,热稳定性良好。
A novelα-diimine nickel catalyst was successfully synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR,13 C NMR and elemental analysis,and it was evaluated for the solution polymerization of ethylene in a high-pressure batch reactor.The results showed that the catalyst exhibited the highest polymerization activity at 60℃,up to 9.38×106 g/(mol·h).Moreover,the activity of this catalyst decayed more slowly compared with another similar nickel catalyst through the study on kinetics of ethylene polymerization,which indicated better thermal stability of this catalyst.
