气相工艺PPR管材专用料力学性能分析

Mechanical Property Analysis of Special Random Copolypropylene Resin for Pipes Produced by Gas-phase Plant

摘要 分析了茂名石化公司气相法聚丙烯装置生产的无规共聚聚丙烯(PPR)管材专用料T4401和进口产品的微观结构与物理性能,结果表明:聚丙烯树脂中的高相对分子质量部分对产品的刚性有重要影响。T4401与国外液相法生产的产品相比,刚性更好,简支梁缺口冲击强度达到71.0 kJ/m 2。 The microstructure and physical properties of PPR pipe material T4401 produced by Maoming Petrochemical Company's gas-phase polypropylene plant and imported products were systematically analyzed.The results show that the high relative molecular weight portion of polypropylene resin has an important effect on the rigidity of the product.Compared with the products produced by the foreign liquid-phase method,T4401 shows significantly better rigidity,and the charpy notched impact strength reaches 71.0 kJ/m 2.
