摘要
针对一种立体型弯管的成型,设计了一种2次单次开模2次顶出机构注塑模具。应用两点潜伏式浇口来保证塑件的成型质量。针对弯管内壁脱模困难问题,设置了2个特殊的弯管成型机构、1个弯管斜向顶出机构、1个2次顶出板机构来实现弯管塑件的完全脱模。塑件脱模时,通过一个油缸驱动一个摆臂型滑块来实现塑件一端弯管型芯的抽芯;通过设置1个2次顶出机构来实施塑件另一端弯管型芯的抽芯。
Aiming at the forming requirement of a three-dimensional elbow,an injection mould with two single opening and two ejection mechanisms was designed to realize the automatic production of plastic parts.Two-point latent gate is used to ensure the forming quality of plastic parts.In order to solve the problem of difficult demoulding of inner wall of elbow,two special elbow forming mechanisms including one oblique ejection mechanism and one double ejection plate mechanism were set up to realize complete demoulding of elbow plastic parts.During the demoulding of plastic parts,a swing arm slider is driven by an oil cylinder to realize core pulling of the elbow core at one end of the plastic parts;and a two-time ejection mechanism is set up to implement core pulling of the elbow core at the other end of the plastic parts.
