基于滑块驱动的大型固定式双料注塑模具设计

摘要 根据汽车落水槽双料制件的特点,针对传统双料旋转式注射模具的缺点,设计了独特的滑块驱动的固定式双料注塑模具。针对软胶部分(聚烯烃弹性体)成型,设计了双侧组合式滑块,利用液压油缸控制滑块内型芯的运动,实现对两次进料的顺序控制;针对硬胶部分(聚丙烯)成型,设计了潜伏式进料大型滑块,并设计了浮动式流道冷料顶出机构;模具冷却系统设计合理,基本保证了产品每个部位冷却充分。实际生产表明,模具整体设计合理,使用方便,产品合格,达到了预期目标。 Aiming to difficult-point of tradional bi-material injection mould,stationary type bi-material injection mould driven by slide mechanism is designed on the basis of automobile drop tank s jumbo size and appearance quality.Aiming at molding of soft plastics(TPE),combined type slide are designed,which can control the sequence of feed twice through controlling the movement of core inside slide.Aiming at molding of hard plastics(PP),large-scale slide for submarine feeding and floating mechanism of runner plastics ejection are designed.Cooling system of mold is designed reasonably which can make every part of product cool fully.And channel for oiling is designed to hidden in the mould.It is proved that design of the mould is reasonable,convenient,qualified by production.The desired goals are achieving.
