高分子聚合物模板在市政桥梁现浇箱梁中的应用

近年来,随着城市化进程的快速发展,市政路桥工程建设项目逐步增多,这些工程成为城市内的重要基础设施,为人们的生产生活提供了便利。在市政桥梁现浇箱梁建设中,高分子聚合物模板凭借其表面光洁,注塑成型,既可满足市政桥梁外观的要求,同时因其回收利用简单,对环境几乎无影响等优势,得到了广泛的应用。论文结合工程实例,对高分子聚合物模板在市政桥梁现浇箱梁中的施工应用方案进行了分析,希望能为同类工程施工提供参考依据。

In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization process,municipal road and bridge engineering construction projects gradually increase,these projects become important infrastructure in the city,providing convenience for people’s production and life.In the construction of municipal bridge cast-in-place box girder,polymer template has been widely used because of its smooth surface and injection molding,which can not only meet the requirements of municipal bridge appearance,but also has the advantages of simple recycling and little impact on the environment.Combined with engineering examples,this paper analyzes the construction application scheme of high-molecula polymer formwork in the cast-in-place box girder of municipal bridge,hoping to provide reference for similar engineering construction.
