摘要
结合杭州地铁4号线二期工程,该项目勾庄车辆段采用高支模施工工艺,对该工艺进行分析,探讨其中不同构件施工的工艺要点,并针对项目中模板安装困难、高空作业频繁、混凝土浇筑质量控制等难点提出应对措施,旨在提升高支模工艺施工水平,保证工程质量。
In Hangzhou metro line 4 phaseⅡproject,the project Gouzhuang car depot adopts high mould construction technology.The paper analyzes the process,discusses the key points of construction technology of different components,and puts forward corresponding measures for the difficulties of formwork installation,frequent high-altitude operation and concrete pouring quality control in the project,so as to improve the construction level of high formwork technology and ensure the engineering quality.
