摘要 以京雄城际铁路黄固特大桥为例,阐述了特殊工况下运架一体机通过钢箱拱桥架设箱梁施工技术,并通过建立运架一体机过桥时有限元整体模型,从应力及挠度2方面对比其与实测值的差别,最终得出结论:该施工方法各项测量数据均满足工程要求,可为其他类似工程借鉴。 Taking Huanggu super large bridge of Jingxiong intercity railway as an example,this paper expounds the construction technology of erecting box girder through steel box arch bridge under special working conditions by using the transport and erection machine,and compares the difference between the measured value and the stress and deflection by establishing the finite element integral model when the transport and erecting machine crosses the bridge.Finally,the conclusion is drawn that all the measurement data of the construction method meet the engineering requirements,which can be used for reference for other similar projects.
