工程招投标中的若干常见问题与建议

Some Common Problems and Suggestions in Project Invitation and Bidding

工程招投标有利于建设单位择优选取承包单位,降低工程造价,在工程项目实施过程中起着非常重要的作用。但在具体实行过程中,还存在要求投标人提供材料不合理、招投标交易平台过多、招标文件中"重大偏差"和"细微偏差"不明确等问题。论文分析了这些问题的原因,并给出了相关建议。

Project bidding is helpful for the construction unit to select the best contractor and reduce the project cost.It plays a key role in the implementation of project.But in the process of bidding implementation,there are also some problems,such as unreasonable materials required in the bidding documents,too many bidding trading platforms,unclear definition of"major deviation"and"minor deviation".This paper analyzes the causes of these problems and gives some suggestions.
