摘要 单片DC/DC转换器作为最近几年的国内新型电源发展的方向,由于其外围器件少,效率高等优于LDO的特点被大量使用。与传统的DC/DC电源模块在自动化测试方面已经标准化相比,单片DC/DC转换器由于功能模块和参数复杂性及参考资料少等原因,在参数评估效率和参数自动化测试全面性方面存在一些困难。针对这些情况,提出了开环和闭环参数融合的自动化测试系统框架和方案,经验证能够解决单片DC/DC控制器在电参数评估效率和自动化测试全面性方面的困难,系统最终实现了4MHz以上工作频率和3A以上负载自动化参数测试,同时也为基于仪器或者大型机台自动化测试系统设计提供一定有价值的思路和参考。 As the development direction of new power supply in recent years,monolithic DC/DC converter is widely used because of its less peripheral devices and higher efficiency than LDO.Compared with the traditional DC/DC power module which has been standardized in automatic test,monolithic DC/DC converter has some difficulties in parameter evaluation efficiency and parameter automation test comprehensiveness due to the complexity of functional modules and parameters and the lack of reference materials.In view of these situations,puts forward the framework and scheme of open-loop and closed-loop parameter fusion automatic test system,which can solve the difficulties of monolithic DC/DC controller in electrical parameter evaluation efficiency and automation test comprehensiveness.Finally,the system realizes automatic parameter test of working frequency above 4 MHz and load above 3A,and it is also based on instrument or large-scale computer provides some valuable ideas and reference for the design of the test system.
