摘要
因五行环优化算法在解决函数最值问题方面具有明显优异性,因此将其应用于柔性作业车间调度问题,并以最大完成时间、生产成本、能耗和加工质量为优化目标,提出了一种基于五行环优化算法的多目标柔性车间调度的方法。首先分析了五行环算法在车间作业调度问题上的适用性,然后基于五行环模型建立了柔性作业车间调度模型,之后引入经典算例,并基于MATLAB进行仿真实验,将实验数据与其他经典算法的数据结果进行对比,验证了五行环优化算法在解决多目标柔性车间调度问题上具有迭代次数少、运行时间短的优越性。最后,对实验结果进行了性能分析和参数比较,主要评价参数最大最小完成时间减少了11.8%,并且提出了可以改进的方面。
Because the five-element ring optimization algorithm has obvious advantages in solving the problem of function maximum value.It is applied to the flexible job shop scheduling problem,and the algorithm named fiveelements cycle optimization algorithmis proposed by taking maximum completion time,production cost,energy consumption and processing quality as the optimization objectives.Firstly,the applicability of the five-element cycle model to the job shop scheduling problem is analyzed.Afterwards,a model is established for the flexible job shop scheduling problem based on the five-element cycle model.Then,bring in classic calculation examples and conduct simulation experiments based on MATLAB,comparing the experimental data with the data of other classical algorithms,and superiority of the five-elements cycle optimization algorithm in solving FJSP problem that it needs fewer iterations and shorter running time is verified.Finally,the performance analysis and parameter comparison of the experimental results are carried out,the main evaluation parameters,maximum minimum completion time has been reduced by 11.8%,and the aspects that can be improved are put forward.
