知识产权保护强度与经济发展水平--基于模糊优选模型的实证研究 被引量:3

Intensity of Intellectual Property Protection and Level of Economic Development--Empirical research based on fuzzy optimization model

摘要 以我国其中31个省(直辖市、自治区)为研究对象,构建了知识产权保护强度绩效评价指标体系,通过模糊层次分析法(FAHP)确定指标权重,利用模糊优选法对各区域的知识产权保护强度进行绩效评估与分析.研究发现,我国的知识产权保护强度具有区域发展的极不平衡性且大部分省(直辖市、自治区)的知识产权保护能力水平都比较低,区域知识产权保护强度与经济发展水平并非线性关系,空间差异性明显.为此,从宏观、中观、微观层面提出针对性建议. By choosing 31 provinces(municipalities directly under the central government,autonomous regions)in China as the research object,the performance evaluation index system of intellectual property protection intensity is constructed.The index weight is determined by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP),and the performance evaluation and analysis of intellectual property protection intensity in each region are carried out by fuzzy optimization method.It is found that the intensity of intellectual property protection in China is extremely unbalanced from the aspect of regional development,and the level of intellectual property protection ability in most provinces(municipalities directly under the central government,autonomous regions)is relatively low.The intensity of intellectual property protection in provinces(municipalities directly under the central government,autonomous regions)is not linear with the level of economic development,and the spatial difference is obvious.Finally,the macrolevel,meso level and microlevel approaches are put forward.
