摘要
能源供应紧张和环境治理需要对能源清洁性提出了更高的要求,阶梯用能从充分利用能源的角度出发,是一种节能减排的重要方式,由于我国能源储量以煤炭为主,缺乏石油及天然气资源,所以燃煤仍是我国北方供热的主要方式.基于以上背景,本文首先结合燃煤热电联产机组的运行系统,分析余热回收改造系统对机组的影响;其次,从好处归热的角度建立了燃煤供热的能耗数据分析模型;最后,选取我国某300MW燃煤热电联产机组进行实证分析,算例结果展现了热电联产机组的节能效果以及余热回收技术改造后的热电联产机组在供暖能耗、机组效率、污染物排放等多方面取得的显著效果.
The tight energy supply and the need for environmental governance have put forward higher requirements for clean energy.From the perspective of making full use of energy,stepped energy is an important way to save energy and reduce emissions.As China’s energy reserves are dominated by coal and lack of oil And natural gas resources,so coal is still the main heating method in northern China.Based on the above background,this article firstly combines the operating system of coal-fired cogeneration unit to analyze the impact of the waste heat recovery retrofit system on the unit;secondly,establishes the energy consumption data analysis model for coal-fired heating from the perspective of benefit return;Finally,a300 MW coal-fired cogeneration unit in China is selected for empirical analysis.The results of the calculation example show the energy saving effect of the cogeneration unit and the heat energy consumption,unit efficiency,and pollutant emission of the cogeneration unit after the waste heat recovery technology.And other significant results achieved in many aspects.
