水性环氧树脂改性乳化沥青配方优化及混合料成型方式研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究WER(水性环氧树脂)改性乳化沥青的最佳配方及确定合理的WER改性乳化沥青的成型、养生方式,采用正交设计法优化了WER改性乳化沥青的配方,以水分挥发率为标准,研究了WER改性乳化沥青混合料的养生方式,以试件毛体积密度、空隙率为主参数,研究了WER改性乳化沥青混合料的马歇尔试件成型方式。结果表明:WER改性乳化沥青的油水比为65%∶35%,乳化剂添加量为乳化沥青质量的1.4%,WER改性剂添加量为乳化沥青质量的4%时,改性乳化沥青各项性能最优。提出50次+25次的马歇尔击实方法,成型后的试件压实性能与同等级配的热拌沥青混合料压实性能相当。 In order to study the optimal formula of WER(Waterborne Epoxy Resin) modified emulsified asphalt and to determine its reasonable molding and maintenance method, the orthogonal design method was used to optimize the formula of WER modified emulsified asphalt. On the basis of the moisture volatilization rate, the maintenance method of WER modified emulsified asphalt was studied, and through the gross density and void rate of specimens, the molding method of the Marshall specimens of WER modified emulsified asphalt was studied. The results showed that, when the oil-water ratio of WER modified emulsified asphalt was 65% to 35%, and the addition amounts of emulsifier and WER modifier were 1.4% and 4% of emulsified asphalt quality respectively,each property of the modified emulsified asphalt was the best. The 50 + 25 times Marshall compaction method was proposed, the compaction performance of the molded specimens was similar to that of the hot mix asphalt mixture of the same grade.
