高掺量细胶粉干法制备沥青混合料的应用 被引量:1

摘要 胶粉沥青混合料的制备一般分为干法和湿法。尽管干法具有胶粉用量大、节约资源等优点,但相比湿法而言,其混合料性能较差,因此干法应用受到限制。本研究采用干法工艺,使用10%、30%和50%的细胶粉(按矿粉重量计)代替矿粉,并通过闷料固化工艺,对细胶粉作为填料的沥青混合料性能进行评价。结果表明,在沥青混合料中同时采用细胶粉和闷料固化工艺,可显著提高沥青混合料的抗损坏能力。通过闷料固化工艺可以改善高掺量细胶粉沥青混合料性能的降低。该研究可为胶粉干法制备沥青混合料技术应用提供参考。 The preparation methods of rubber powder asphalt mixture can be divided into dry method and wet method. This paper adopted dry method, using 10%, 30% and 50% fine rubber powder(according to the weight of mineral powder) instead of the mineral powder, the curing process was carried out to evaluate the performance of asphalt mixture with fine rubber powder as the filler. The results showed that, the anti-damage ability of asphalt mixture can be improved by using both fine rubber powder and curing process. The curing process can improve the performance reduction of asphalt mixture with high content of fine rubber powder. This research expected to provide reference for the preparation of asphalt mixture using rubber powder dry method.
