国道路面钻孔盖板的承载能力分析

摘要 国道门架系统对过往车辆进行检测,须在门架正下方安装配套的反光镜。在门架正下方路面挖直径500 mm的圆形浅坑,将两个反光镜固定在坑内,用圆形盖板覆盖浅坑以保护反光镜,并在反光镜对应的盖板位置钻孔。对在公路一级车辆荷载作用下钻孔盖板的受力情况进行数值模拟分析,若盖板采用EN124 D400井盖,在钻孔部位周边会产生较大的屈服变形;若采用29 mm厚Q235钢板,同时适当减小钻孔直径,增大钻孔间距,则盖板内最大应力明显小于钢板屈服应力。建议采用29 mm厚Q235钢板作为反光镜的保护盖板。 In the national highway portal system, to detect passing vehicles, a matching reflector shall be installed directly under the portal. Dig a circular shallow pit with a diameter of 500 mm on the pavement under the portal, fix two reflectors in the pit, cover the shallow pit with a circular cover plate to protect reflectors, and drill holes on the cover plate to the position corresponding to the reflectors. In this paper, under the action of the highway first-class vehicle load, the numerical simulation analysis of the stress of the drilled cover plate was performed. If the cover plate is EN124 D400 well cover, a large yield deformation will occur around the drilling site. If use Q235 steel plate with the thickness of 29 mm, which is suggested to use as the cover plate, and the diameter of drill-hole is appropriately reduced and the spacing between the drill-holes is increased, the maximum stress in the cover plate is obviously less than the plate yield stress of the steel plate.
