床旁互动式教学在重症医学教学中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究床旁互动式教学在重症医学教学中的应用。方法选取2018年10月~2019年10月临床医学和麻醉学本科实习学生共60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规教学方法,观察组采用床旁互动式教学方法。比较两组学生出科考核成绩,对教学的评价及满意度情况。结果观察组学生考核成绩中,理论知识为(87.85±6.25)分、操作技能为(76.35±5.44)分、病例分析为(88.96±7.21)分,均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组学生对教学的评价中,提高积极性为86.67%、提高自学能力为86.67%、提高沟通表达能力为76.67%、提高团队合作能力为80.00%、提高临床思维能力为96.67%、提高文献查阅能力为90.00%,均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组对教学的总满意度为96.67%,高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在重症医学教学中,采用床旁互动式教学模式能够有效提高学生出科考核成绩,促进学生各个方面能力的综合提升,应用效果理想。 Objective To study the application of bedside interactive teaching in intensive medicine teaching.Methods A total of 60 internship students in clinical medicine and anesthesiology from October 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional teaching method,and the observation group adopted bedside interactive teaching method.Departmental rotation examination results,evaluation and satisfaction of teaching between the two groups of students were compared.Results The assessment results of the observation group students were theoretical knowledge(87.85±6.25)points,operation skills(76.35±5.44)points,and case analysis(88.96±7.21)points,which were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group's evaluation of teaching was 86.67%with improve enthusiasm,86.67%with improved self-learning ability,76.67%with improved communication and expression ability,80.00%with improved teamwork ability,96.67%with improved clinical thinking ability,and 90.00%with improved literature review ability,which were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group for teaching was 96.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of intensive medicine,the bedside interactive teaching model can effectively improve the students'scores of departmental rotation examination,promote the comprehensive improvement of students'abilities in all aspects,with ideal application effect.
