东西部扶贫协作背景下佛山—凉山职业教育精准扶贫的实践研究

Research on the Practice of Foshan-Liangshan Vocational Education Precision Poverty Alleviation under the Background of the East-west Anti-poverty Cooperation

在党中央的统一部署下,2017年广东四川两省省委、省政府决定:广东省佛山市东西部扶贫协作四川省凉山彝族自治州。佛山按照“中央要求、凉山所需、佛山所能”的原则,在产业发展、人才培养、教育医疗、劳务输出等领域全方位支援合作。佛山用优质的职业教育教学资源全额免费培养凉山州11个国家贫困县建档立卡困难家庭学生,学生毕业后统一安排推荐在佛山就业,从而实现“职教一人、就业一人、脱贫一户”的教育脱贫目标。

In 2017,under the unified deployment of the CPC Central Committee,the provincial Party committees and provincial governments of Guangdong and Sichuan decided that the poverty alleviation cooperationbe carried out between the eastern and western parts of Foshan,Guangdong Province.Foshan supports all-round cooperation in the fields of industrial development,personnel training,education and medical care,and labor export in accordance with the principles of"CPC Central Committee requirements,Liangshan needs,and Foshan ability".Foshan uses high-quality vocational education and teaching resources to fully and freely train students from 11 poverty-stricken counties in Liangshan Prefectures who have difficulty in setting up a file and can bemployed in Foshan to achieve the goal of"one person for vocational education,one person for employment,one household for poverty alleviation"education.
