摘要
针对当前白酒酿造传统制造企业产线升级改造的实际需求,解决其工艺生产过程中自动化上料技术落后、上料不均匀等系列问题,设计开发了一套蒸汽智能探测上料设备。在分析了蒸汽探测上料原理的基础上,从创新的机械系统机构设计、电气控制系统以及配套软件开发3个方面系统阐述了该设备的设计实现思路。设备能够实现酿酒自动化上料过程中蒸汽冒汽点的快速准确探知、上料器的同步跟随均匀上料以及探测数据实时显示与存储等功能,对实现白酒酿造企业传统产线改造升级,改变落后的人工上料方式以及提高上料的质量和智能化水平具有重要意义。
In this paper,to meet the actual needs of traditional liquor prodoution line upgrading,a set of equipment for automatic detection of steam is designed to solve the problems of poor technology and uneven spreading in liquor making enterprises.Based on the analysis of the spreading process principle of steam detection,the designing ideas are described from three aspects of innovative mechanical system design,electrical control system and software development.The equipment can realize the functions of fast and accurate detection of steam emission point,the synchronous and automatic spreading,real-time display and storage of detection data,etc in the process of automatic feeding.This research work will help to update the traditional production lines,change the working mode of man-made spreading and improve the quality and uniform spreading level for liquor making enterprises.
