特香型年份白酒挥发性成分气相指纹图谱实验方法学的研究 被引量:4

摘要 建立特香型四特年份白酒的气相色谱检测方法,并对气相指纹图谱的实验方法学进行考察。经过预试验得出气相色谱最佳检测条件为:载气(氮气)流速1.5 mL/min,分流比30∶1。方法学考察结果表明,在精密度、重现性以及稳定性试验中,各色谱峰相对保留时间的相对标准偏差(RSD)均<0.03%,各相对峰面积的RSD均<3.0%。该检测方法精密度较高、重现性好、稳定可行,能满足气相色谱指纹图谱分析的技术要求。 A gas chromatographic method was established for the determination of Sitir Te-flavor Baijiu(Chinese liquor),and the experimental methodology of gas fingerprint was investigated.After pilot experiments,the optimal detection conditions for gas chromatography were determined as follows:carrier gas(nitrogen)flow rate 1.5 ml/min,and shunt ratio 30∶1.The experimental methodology showed that in the precision tests,method reproducibility tests and sample stability tests,the relative standard deviation(RSD)of each chromatographic peak was less than 0.03%,and the RSD of each relative peak area was less than 3.0%.The experimental results showed that the method had high precision,with good reproducibility,stability and feasibility,which could meet the technical requirements of gas chromatographic fingerprint analysis.
