浙江省公共图书馆特色数字资源建设调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Characteristic Digital Resource Construction of Public Library'in Zhejiang Province

采用问卷调查与网络调查相结合的方式对浙江省公共图书馆特色数字资源建设现状进行摸底,总体上看浙江省资源建设成果颇丰,但也存在资源建设水平不均衡、资源建设供需失衡、资源建设标准不统一、建库平台不统一、资源使用率偏低、维护更新落后等多方面的问题。应从政策与制度、资源建设与平台、资源利用与推广3个层面推进浙江省公共图书馆特色数字资源建设发展。

This paper combines questionnaire survey with online survey to access the current construction status of characteristic digital resources in public libraries in Zhejiang Province.In general,Zhejiang province has made considerable achievements in the construction of digital resources;however a range of problems remain,including unbalanced resource construction level,unbalanced supply and demand of resource construction,inconsistent resource construction standards,inconsistent database construction platform,low resource utilization,and lagging maintenance and upgrading,etc.In order to promote the construction and development of characteristic digital resources of public libraries in Zhejiang Province,the author has explored and discussed the countermeasures from the aspects of policy and system,resource construction and platform,and resource utilization and promotion.
