智库化、智能化双驱动的公共图书馆决策信息服务——以天津图书馆为例

On the Public Library Decision Information Service with Drive of Think Tank and Intelligence——A Case Study of Tianjin Library

智库化与智能化是近年来公共图书馆决策信息服务的重要驱动力,两者应深度融合、形成合力以推动服务发展。文章以天津图书馆为例,从资源建设、服务产品、研究方法、大数据、知识地图、用户画像等方面,分别就两种外部赋能对服务的驱动作用进行阐述,按照“数据-信息-知识-决策”的转化规律,构建智库化、智能化双驱动的公共图书馆决策信息服务模式。

Think tank and intelligence are the important driving forces of public library decision information service in recent years.They should be fully integrated,and then form a joint force to promote the future development of service.Taking Tianjin Library as an example,the paper elaborates the effect of two kinds of driving forces on service respectively,from the resource building,service products,research method,big data,knowledge map and persona.It constructs the mode of decision information service with drive of think tank and intelligence based on the transformation rule of"data-information-knowledge-decision".
