摘要
随着环保要求的进一步提高,水泥窑采用SCR脱硝技术已成为行业的共识,在水泥行业中由于投资省、改造占地面积小等特点而具有一定市场需求量。但此种布置因粉尘浓度高,导致催化剂堵塞、脱硝效率下降等问题而备受质疑。根据相关试验、应用情况,分析水泥窑高温高尘SCR脱硝技术应用,在反应器设计、吹灰方案选择、喷氨形式对比等方面提出建议,为后续设计提供借鉴。
As the further improvement of environmental protection requirements,the adoption of SCR denitrification technology in cement kilns has become the consensus of the industry.In the cement industry,the layout of high temperature and high dust has certain market demand due to the characteristics of low investment and small area of renovation.However,such layout is puzzled due to the high dust concentration,catalyst blockage,denitration efficiency decline and other problems.Based on the relevant tests,application and conclusions,the author analyzed and summarized the application of high temperature and high dust SCR denitrification technology in cement kiln,and put forward application Suggestions in reactor design,ash blowing scheme selection,ammonia spraying form comparison and other aspects,so as to provide reference for subsequent design.
