新型材料大跨空间结构的研究与应用——铝合金空间结构 被引量:8

摘要 铝合金并不能算作一种严格意义上的新型材料,但铝合金空间结构引入我国至今仅20余年,且相较于国外,工程应用数量非常少,相关研究工作也不够系统全面,设计理论和规范不够完备.这极大地限制了我国铝合金空间结构的推广应用.本文首先对铝合金空间结构的应用做了概括,分析了铝合金在空间结构中应用的优劣势,对比总结了国内外对铝合金空间结构的研究现状;归纳了铝合金空间结构在民用、工业建筑中的10个适用情境,并分析其良好的应用前景;提出了9项有待进一步开展的研究工作,以期更好地推动铝合金空间结构的研究与应用. Aluminum alloy is not a new material in the strict sense, but the introduction of aluminium alloy spatial structure in China has only been 20 or so years. Compared with other countries, the number of engineering applications is very small. In addition, related research work is not systematic and comprehensive, while the design theory and specifications are not complete neither, which greatly limit the promotion and application of aluminum alloy spatial structure in China. In this paper, the application of aluminium alloy spatial structure is summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of aluminium alloys used in spatial structures are analyzed. The research status of aluminium alloy spatial structure at home and abroad is compared and summarized. Ten applicable situations of aluminum alloy spatial structure in civil and industrial buildings are reviewed, and its good application prospects are analyzed. In order to promote the research and application of aluminium alloy spatial structure better, nine further research topics are put forward.
