一种八面体模块填充空间结构的设计与截面尺寸优化研究

摘要 在参数化背景下,一些空间结构领域体现出了由重复性模块填充空间而成的特点,很好地协调了建筑上随机无序的表现效果和结构上高度重复性之间的矛盾,符合现代工业化和装配式的要求.设计了一种构成简单、抗弯性能好的八面体重复性模块填充结构.首先在结构的上下部分覆盖型材,增强结构上部受压下部受拉的作用,在中间选取抗剪性能较好的八面体模块进行填充完成构造.其次基于应变能最小准则,对八面体模块刚度矩阵进行提升,在此基础上完成了整个空间填充结构的优化设计.最后对优化前后的结构进行比较,在减重8.87%的条件下,八面体空间填充结构静态柔度减少了9.16%,等效抗弯刚度提升了4.10%,实现了多面体填充空间结构的设计和优化目标. Under the background of parameterization, some spatial structures embody the characteristics of filling space with repetitive modules, which can well coordinate the contradiction between the performance effect of random disorder in architecture and the high repeatability in structure, and meet the requirements of modern industrialization and prefabrication. In this paper, an octahedron modules filled structure with simple form and good bending performance is designed.Firstly, the upper and lower parts of the structure are covered with profiles to enhance the tensile and compression effect of the structure, and octahedral modules are fulfilled in the middle partto enhance the shear performance. Secondly, based on the strain energy minimization method, the stiffness matrix of octahedral module is improved, and the optimal design of the whole space filled structure is completed.Finally, comparing the structure before and after optimization, under the condition of 8.87% weight reduction, the static flexibility is reduced by 9.16%, and the equivalent bending stiffness is increased by 4.10%. The design and optimization objectives are achieved.
