党委教师工作部强化高校教师思想政治工作刍议

On Strengthening Ideological and Political Work of Teachers in Colleges and Universities in Work Department of Party Committee Teachers

高校教师思想政治工作目前存在较长时间内主体缺位、日常重业务轻思政、缺乏对思想状况的实时跟踪评估应对机制等主要问题。党委教师工作部在强化教师思想政治工作中应从整体谋划设计、职业生涯规划、师德师风建设、解决实际问题等方面发挥作用,提高教师思政工作效果。

At present,there are some main problems in ideological and political work of teachers in colleges and universities,such as absence of the main body for a long time,more emphasis on vocational work than ideological and political work,and lack of real-time tracking evaluation and coping mechanism of ideological state.In order to strengthen ideological and political work of teachers,work department of Party committee teachers should play a role in the overall planning and design,career planning,construction of teachers’morality and style and solving practical problems,so as to improve the effect of teachers’ideological and political work.
