The 5^th Plenary Session of the 19^th CPC Central Committee Held in Beijing The 5^th Plenary Session of the 19^th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) was held in Beijing from Oct. 26 to 29, 2020. The plenary session was chaired by the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee. Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Central Committee, delivered an important speech. The plenary session heard and discussed Xi’s work report commissioned by the Political Bureau.
