新冠疫情背景下完善城市生活垃圾分类的思路探讨

Discussion on how to improve the classification of municipal solid waste in the context of COVID-19

完善城市生活垃圾分类是顺应新时代发展潮流、解决城市环境污染问题的关键。近年来,我国不断完善生活垃圾的法制环境和管理政策,大力推进生活垃圾分类工作。但在疫情防控期间,存在生活垃圾产量激增、风险隐蔽性增强、管理上联动性及行动力减缓、垃圾分类的知识宣传受限等问题。进一步完善城市生活垃圾分类,应该从加强源头减量策略、实施垃圾分类应急处置、提升垃圾分类高效执行能力、探索实行“互联网+垃圾分类”新模式等多方面着手。

Improving the classification of municipal solid waste is the key to comply with the development trend of the new era and solve the problem of urban environmental pollution.In recent years,Beijing has been constantly improving the legal environment and management policies for household garbage,and vigorously promoting the work of household garbage classification.On May 1,2020,the Beijing municipal life waste management regulations formally implemented,Beijing began the living garbage classification formally incorporated into the framework of the rule of law,but in the new crown during the outbreak of the war of resistance against Japan,there is life garbage output enhancement,concealment of the surge,risk management action to slow,garbage classification and correlation of limited knowledge propaganda and so on.To further improve the classification of urban household garbage,it should strengthen the strategy of reducing the quantity at source,implement the emergency disposal of garbage classification,improve the efficient execution ability of garbage classification,and explore and implement the new mode of"internet+garbage classification".
