大黄赤芍对肝衰竭大鼠肝组织增殖抗原PCNA表达的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Rhubarb and Radix Paeoniae Rubra on Expression of Proliferating Antigen PCNA in Liver Tissue of Rats with Liver Failure

目的:探讨大黄赤芍对肝衰竭大鼠肝组织增殖细胞核抗原PCNA表达的影响。方法:SPF级Wistar雄性大鼠45只随机分为3组:空白组、模型对照组、大黄赤芍处理组各15只大鼠。采用D氨基半乳糖联合LPS复制肝衰竭大鼠模型,在造模成功后48 h收集各组大鼠肝组织样本,在高倍光镜下记录1000个肝细胞中PCNA标记阳性的肝细胞数量。结果:大黄赤芍干预处理后的肝衰竭大鼠肝组织PCNA表达显著增强,与模型对照组比较差异具有统计学意义。结论:大黄赤芍可促进肝衰竭大鼠肝组织再生分裂。

Objective:To investigate the effect of rhubarb and Radix Paeoniae Rubra on the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)in liver tissue of rats with liver failure.Methods:45 SPF male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups:blank group,model control group and rhubarb red peony treatment group with 15 rats in each group.Liver failure rat model was established by D-galactosamine combined with LPS.Liver tissue samples were collected 48 hours after the model was successfully established.The number of PCNA positive hepatocytes in 1000 hepatocytes was recorded under high power microscope.Results:compared with the model control group,the expression of PCNA in liver tissue of rhubarb red peony group was significantly increased.Conclusion:Rhubarb and Radix Paeoniae Rubra can promote liver regeneration and division in rats with liver failure.
