摘要
黄连温胆汤是出自清代陆廷珍的《六因条辨》,其组成有黄连、竹茹、陈皮、半夏、茯苓、枳实、生姜和甘草。该方有清热燥湿、理气化痰、和胃利胆等功效,是治疗脾胃湿热的代表方,因而黄连温胆汤被广泛用于消化系统疾病的治疗。文章现就黄连温胆汤治疗消化系统疾病的研究进展做一概述。
Huanglian Wendan decoction is derived from On Six Factors written by Lu Tingzhen in Qing Dynasty.It consists of"coptis,Zhuru,tangerine peel,pinellia ternata,Poria cocos,fructus aurantii immaturus,ginger and licorice".This prescription has the functions of clearing heat,drying dampness,regulating qi and phlegm,and benefiting the gallbladder of stomach..It is the representative prescription for treating damp heat of spleen and stomach.Therefore,Huanglian Wendan decoction is widely used in the treatment of digestive system diseases.This article summarizes the research progress of Huanglian Wendan decoction in the treatment of digestive system diseases.
