《食品质量与安全专业》课程思政建设探索

Exploration on Ideological and Political Construction of Food Quality and Safety Major

当前高校思政教育从政治课程向其他专业课程的转化和延伸正积极地开展,而如何结合专业课程特点协同思政教育仍然需要探索研究。文章以《食品质量与安全专业》为例子,从课程思政的价值认知、师资基础、专业课程思政元素渗透的有效途径、具体方法及教学效果的评价体系等方面做了探讨,以期为专业课程思政的持续稳定开展提供参考。

The transformation and extension of ideological and political education from political courses to other professional courses are actively carried out at present.However,how to combine the characteristics of professional courses with ideological and political education still needs to be explored and studied.Taking Food Quality and Safety Major as an example,this paper discusses the value cognition of Ideological and political courses,the teacher foundation,the effective ways to infiltrate ideological and political elements,specific methods and evaluation system of teaching effect,so as to provide reference for the sustainable and stable development of ideological and political education in professional courses.
