基于新型冠状病毒肺炎探讨中医药防疫经验及应用

Experience and application of TCM in epidemic prevention based on COVID-19

新型冠状病毒肺炎的大面积传播,为社会各个方面带来极大的压力。冠状病毒广泛存在于蝙蝠体内,在犬、猫、猪及人体内也有发现。此次新型冠状病毒的流行受到全世界的关注,所致疾病引起极大的恐慌。传染病的预防大于治疗,中医在数千年与疫病作斗争的过程中积累大量成功的防疫经验,探究其防治之法有助于保护易感人群,并且及时控制病毒蔓延。中医在疫情预防方面有突出优势,其方法操作简便,不受空间及人员限制,且使用安全,疗效明确。通过查找古代医籍文献及现代相关研究探讨中医防疫的经验及应用,希望以此为新型冠状病毒肺炎的临床防治提供参考。

The wide spread of COVID-19 has put great pressure on all aspects of the society.The coronavirus is widely present in bats and is also found in dogs,cats,pigs and humans.The pandemic that was caused by this virus has attracted the attention of people from all of the world,and the diseases caused by it have aroused severe panic.In fact,prevention of infectious diseases is more important than treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has accumulated a great deal of successful experience in epidemic prevention during its thousands of years of fighting against epidemics.Studying the prevention can help to protect people and contain the spread of the virus.TCM has outstanding advantages in the prevention,with simple,safe and effective methods.It is also easy to get materials,and not limited by space and personnel.The experience and application of epidemic prevention in TCM were discussed by consulting ancient medical books and modern related researches,so as to provide help for clinical prevention and treatment of COVID-19.
