摘要
黑龙江省发展肉牛产业的资源优势明显,2020年全省肉牛产业发展迅速。本文从肉牛产业的关键环节,即品种与繁殖、饲料营养、设施与环境控制、疾病控制及加工与品质控制等方面,结合肉牛分布及规模情况,对黑龙江省肉牛生产现状进行阐述;同时,对肉牛产业发展趋势进行预测,并由此从肉牛品种选择、产品定位、合理布局、种养结合、科技创新、建立联盟组织、加强肉牛养殖机械设备投入等方面给出建议,为黑龙江省肉牛产业健康、持续、快速发展提供参考。
Heilongjiang Province has obvious resource advantages in developing beef cattle industry,and its beef cattle industry is developing rapidly in 2020.This paper expound the beef cattle production status in Heilongjiang Province from the key links of beef cattle industry(breeding and reproduction,feeding and nutrition,facility and environmental control,disease control,and processing and quality control)and the distribution and scale of beef cattle.At the same time,the development trend of beef cattle industry was predicted,and suggestions were given from the aspects of beef cattle breed selection,product positioning,reasonable layout,combination of planting and breeding,scientific and technological innovation,establishing alliance organization,and strengthening the input of beef cattle farming machinery and equipment,which provide reference for healthy,sustainable and rapid development of beef cattle industry in Heilongjiang Province.
