一例犬突发性痉病的中兽医诊疗

A case report of diagnosis and treatment of canine Jing Bing under the guideline of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine

8岁雄性泰迪犬突发性抽搐、角弓反张、体温低下,在他院紧急注射阿托品后转至西安西北农林科大动物医院诊治。为了确诊本病,采用中兽医望闻问切的检查方法,结合血常规、血液生化指标、D-二聚体、胰腺炎及X射线检查等实验室方法进行诊断。结果表明:生化检测中丙氨酸氨基转移酶和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶活性略有升高,提示患犬肝脏可能受到损伤,其他检测结果均未发现明显异常。中兽医诊断为痰瘀阻络,肝风内动所致的痉病。本病在中兽医理论指导下,根据疾病的不同发展阶段抓住主要病机,应用"急则治其标,缓则治其本"的原则,采用中药与针刺结合治疗的方法,经1.5个月成功治愈。说明抓住主要病机,灵活采用各种针药疗法在治疗某些复杂病证中具有重要临床意义。

An 8-year-old male Poodle dog was referred to Xi’an Northwest A&F University Veterinary Teaching Hospital as emergency case after an injection of atropine in another animal hospital due to sudden onset of convulsion,opisthotonos and hypothermia.In order to confirm the diagnosis of the disease,Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine(TCVM)diagnostic methods were used during the clinical examination,then combined with complete blood count,biochemical profile,D-dimer,pancreatitis test,X-ray and other laboratory tests to make a diagnosis.The results showed that the values of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in the biochemical test increased slightly,suggesting that the liver of the affected dog may be damaged.No obvious abnormality was found in other test.The TCVM diagnosis of this case was phlegm and blood stagnation blocking the collaterals,convulsions caused by internal movement of liver wind.Under the guidance of TCVM theory,the main pathogenesis of this disease was grasped according to the different development stages of the disease,and the principles of"relieving the clinical signs in urgent case and treat the underling disease in complicated case".One and a half months later the disease was treated susscessfully by combination with herbs and acupuncture.It showed that identification of the main pathogenesis and using various acupuncture and herbs accordingly was very important in the treatment of complex diseases.
