注射室护理中应用人性化护理服务的效果

Effect of Applying Humanized Nursing Service in Injection Room Nursing

目的分析注射室护理中应用人性化护理服务的效果。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月医院门诊注射室收治的72例患者。采用随机数字表法将72例患者分为对照组(36例)和观察组(36例)。对照组护理方法为常规护理,观察组护理方法则为人性化护理服务。比较两组疗效。结果观察组就医等候(就诊、换药、注射和抽血)时间均短于对照组,治疗依从性明显高于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率低于对照组,满意度高于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在注射室护理中采取人性化护理干预,既能缩短就医等候时间,提高治疗依从性,又能减少不良反应,提高患者满意度。

Objective To analyze the eff ect of humanized nursing service in injection room nursing.Methods Enrolled 72 patients admitted to the outpatient injection room of our hospital,from May 2019 to May 2020.When entering the group,the number random method was used to divide 72 patients into two groups:control group(36 cases)and observation group(36 cases).The nursing method of the control group is conventional nursing,and the nursing method of the observation group is humanized nursing service.The effi cacy of the two groups was compared.Results The waiting time(seeing a doctor,changing dressings,injections and blood draws)of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the treatment compliance was also signifi cantly higher than that of the control group,there was diff erence in data between the groups(P<0.05);the observation group adverse reaction rate was lower than that of the control group,while the satisfaction degree was higher than that of the control group,the data diff erence between the groups was obvious,which was statistically signifi cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing intervention in injection room nursing can not only shorten the waiting time for medical treatment,improve compliance,but also reduce adverse reactions and increase satisfaction.
