哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦联合盐酸氨溴索治疗老年急性肺炎的临床疗效评价

Clinical Evaluation of Piperacillin Sodium Tazobactam Combined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Acute Pneumonia

目的探究哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦联合盐酸氨溴索治疗老年急性肺炎的临床疗效。方法将我院2017年1月至2018年1月我院收治的老年急性肺炎患者118例为研究的对象,按随机数字表法分成两组,每组平均为59例;其中,对照组患者采取盐酸氨溴索治疗,观察组患者采取哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦联合盐酸氨溴索治疗,进一步对比两组患者的治疗效果、病菌清除率及临床症状消失时间。结果①在治疗总有效率方面,观察组为94.62%,比对照组的79.66%高,两组之间的数据存在显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。②观察组病菌清除率为的72.88%,比对照组的59.23%更高,两组之间的数据存在显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。③观察组在肺部湿啰音消失、水肿消失、发绀消失、气促消失时间方面,均比对照组更短,两组之间的数据存在显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论针对老年急性肺炎患者,实行哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦联合盐酸氨溴索医治疗效果明显。

Objective To explore the clinical effi cacy of piperacillin sodium and tazobactam combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of senile acute pneumonia.Methods One hundred and eighteen elderly patients with acute pneumonia treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups with an average of 59 cases in each group.Among them,the patients in the control group were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride,and the patients in the observation group were treated with piperacillin sodium tazobactam combined with ambroxol hydrochloride.The therapeutic effect,pathogen clearance rate and clinical symptom disappearance time of the two groups were further compared.Results The results showed that the eff ective rates of the control group and the observation group were 79.66%and 94.62%respectively,and the data of the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).The results showed that the bacterial clearance rates of the control group and the observation group were 59.32%and 72.88%,respectively.The data of the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).The disappearance of moist rale,edema,cyanosis and shortness of breath in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group.The data of the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of piperacillin sodium,tazobactam and ambroxol hydrochloride is effective in elderly patients with acute pneumonia.It can significantly improve the treatment efficiency,eliminate pathogens and improve various clinical symptoms.
