宫腔阴道填塞法联合欣母沛治疗凶险型前置胎盘致产后出血的效果

Effect of Postpartum Hemorrhage Caused by Placenta Previa with Intrauterine and Vaginal Tamponade Combined with Hemabate

目的探讨宫腔阴道填塞法联合欣母沛治疗凶险型前置胎盘致产后出血的效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年9月本院收治的凶险型前置胎盘所致产后出血患者64例为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组(32例)与观察组(32例),对照组采用宫缩素进行治疗,观察组采用宫腔阴道填塞法联合欣母沛进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果、手术时间、止血时间、住院时间以及产后1、3、24 h的出血量。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,手术时间、止血时间以及住院时间均短于对照组,产后1、3、24 h的出血量均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对凶险型前置胎盘致产后出血患者采用宫腔阴道填塞法联合欣母沛治疗能有效缩短患者的手术时间、止血时间以及住院时间,同时能有效降低患者的产后出血量,具有显著的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic eff ect of uterine vaginal fi lling combined with hemabate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by dangerous placenta previa.Methods From January 2017 to September 2018 in our hospital treated 64 patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by dangerous type of placenta previa as the research object,take the random table method to all the patients were divided into control group(32 cases)and observation group(32 cases),the control group were treated by oxytocin for treatment,the observation group were treated by female uterus vaginal tamping combined hemabate treatment.The clinical eff ect,operation time,bleeding time,length of hospital stay,postpartum 1,3,24 h of the bleeding of two groups were compared.Results The clinical eff ect of the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group,the operation time,hemostasis time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group,and the blood loss at 1,3,24 h postpartum were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by dangerous placenta previa,uterine vaginal fi lling combined with hemabate can eff ectively shorten the operation time,hemostasis time and hospitalization time of patients,and eff ectively reduce the postpartum blood loss of patients,with signifi cant therapeutic eff ect.
