不同剂量左旋甲状腺素片治疗亚临床性甲状腺功能减退症的效果比较

Comparison of the Efficacy of Different Doses of Levothyroxine Tablets in the Treatment of Subclinical Hypothyroidism

目的评价亚临床性甲状腺功能减退症(简称“亚甲减”)患者采用不同剂量的左旋甲状腺素片开展治疗所获得的疗效。方法选择2017年3月至2018年3月在本院接受治疗的66例亚甲减患者,选用不同剂量的左旋甲状腺素片对其开展差异化分组治疗,其中对照组33例患者予以常规剂量甲状腺素片治疗,其余33例归为试验组,采用小剂量左旋甲状腺素片治疗。结果试验组经小剂量左旋甲状腺素片治疗,其FT3、FT4以及TSH水平与治疗前相比均明显改善(P<0.05);对照组接受常规剂量左旋甲状腺素片治疗后FT3、FT4以及TSH水平优于治疗前(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前的FT3、FT4以及TSH对比以及治疗后的FT3、FT4以及TSH对比均未显示出明显差别,P>0.05;小剂量用药(试验组)不良反应发生率为9.09%,低于常规剂量用药(对照组)的为27.27%,P<0.05。结论通过小剂量左旋甲状腺素片治疗亚甲减可在确保良好疗效的基础上降低不良反应发生率,用药安全性更高。

Objective To evaluate the effi cacy of diff erent doses of levothyroxine tablets in the treatment of subclinical hypothyroidism.Methods From March 2017 to March 2018 in our hospital for treatment of 66 patients with subclinical hypothyroidism,choose different doses of levothyroxine table grouping of its diff erentiation treatment,control group 33 cases shall be regular dose thyroxine treatment,the rest of the 33 cases as experimental group,using small doses of sinistral thyroxine treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of FT3,FT4 and TSH in the experimental group were signifi cantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the levels of FT3,FT4 and TSH in the control group were better than those before treatment(P<0.05);the levels of FT3,FT4 and TSH in the two groups before treatment and after treatment were not signifi cantly diff erent(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 9.09%in the experimental group,lower than that in the control group(27.27%),P<0.05.Conclusion Low dose levothyroxine tablets can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with subclinical hypothyroidism on the basis of ensuring good effi cacy,and the drug safety is higher.
