肝素钠、肝素锂抗凝血浆代替血清应用于临床生化检验的可行性探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨并研究肝素钠、肝素锂抗凝血浆代替血清应用于临床生化检验的可行性。方法随机选择2017年2月至2019年1月时间段内我院收治的进行临床生化检验的92例患者为研究对象,对所有患者进行静脉血液3 mL的采集,分别置入肝素钠抗凝管、肝素锂抗凝管和普通真空采血管中,选择全自动生化分析仪AU5800对尿素氮(BUN)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、尿酸(UA)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、直接胆红素(DBiL)、肌酸激酶(CK)、镁(Mg^2+)、钾(K^+)、钠(Na^+)、钙(Ca^2+)等指标进行检测分析。结果在尿素氮(BUN)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、尿酸(UA)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、直接胆红素(DBiL)、肌酸激酶(CK)等生化指标方面,肝素钠、肝素锂抗凝血浆和普通真空采血管血清之间的检测值差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。而在镁(Mg^2+)、钾(K^+)、钠(Na^+)、钙(Ca^2+)等电解质项目方面,三种检测手段之间的差异同样不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在临床生化检验过程中,可选择肝素钠、肝素锂抗凝血浆代替血清,检验结果具有可信性,可为疾病治疗提供有价值的参考数据,值得临床推广和采纳。 Objective To explore and study the feasibility of heparin sodium and heparin lithium anticoagulant plasma instead of serum in clinical biochemical tests.Methods Ninety-two patients who underwent clinical biochemical tests in our hospital from February 2017 to January 2019 were randomly selected as the research objects.3 mL of venous blood was collected from all patients and placed into heparin sodium anticoagulant tube,heparin lithium anticoagulant tube and common vacuum blood collection tube respectively.The indexes of urea nitrogen(BUN),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),uric acid(UA),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),direct bilirubin(DBiL),creatine kinase(CK),magnesium(Mg^2+),potassium(K^+),sodium(Na+),calcium(Ca^2+)and the like were detected and analyzed by a full-automatic blood cell analyzer and an electrolyte analyzer.Results In terms of biochemical indexes such as urea nitrogen(BUN),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),uric acid(UA),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL),direct bilirubin(DBiL),creatine kinase(CK),the diff erence in detection values between heparin sodium,heparin lithium anticoagulant plasma and common test tube serum was not statistically signifi cant(P>0.05).However,in terms of electrolyte items such as magnesium(Mg^2+),potassium(K^+),sodium(Na^+),calcium(Ca^2+),the diff erence between the three detection methods is also not statistically signifi cant(P>0.05).Conclusion Heparin sodium and heparin lithium anticoagulant plasma can be selected to replace serum in the clinical biochemical test process.The test results are credible and can provide valuable reference data for disease treatment,which is worthy of clinical promotion and adoption.
