中药师开展药学服务的方法与效果

Method and Effect of Chinese Pharmacist Developing Pharmaceutical Service

目的分析中药师开展药学服务的方法与效果。方法纳入我院2017年5月至2018年11月90例服用中药治疗患者,按随机数字表法分组,常规中药服用指导组用常规中药服用指导,中药师开展药学服务组用中药师开展药学服务。比较两组满意度;服用中药治疗患者对中药物作用机制的认知水平、遵医嘱用药的行为评分、中药物煎煮方法的掌握水平、疾病改善的时间;干预前后服用中药治疗患者的中医证候积分及生活质量;中药服用不良反应发生率。结果中药师开展药学服务组满意度、服用中药治疗患者的中医证候积分及生活质量、服用中药治疗患者对中药物作用机制的认知水平、遵医嘱用药的行为评分、中药物煎煮方法的掌握水平、疾病改善的时间、中药服用不良反应发生率方面相比常规中药服用指导组更好,P<0.05。结论中药师开展药学服务指导患者正确服用中药汤剂,可提高患者对中药物原理的认知,改善患者的预后和生活质量,遵医嘱正确煎药和服药,可减少中药服用不良反应的发生,并加速患者病情好转,疗效确切。

Objective To analyze the methods and eff ects of Chinese pharmacists in developing pharmaceutical services.Methods Ninety cases of Chinese medicine were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to November 2018.The digital table method was grouped.The conventional Chinese medicine administration instruction group used conventional Chinese medicine to take instructions,and the Chinese pharmacists carried out pharmaceutical services with Chinese pharmacists.Compare the satisfaction of two groups;the cognitive level of Chinese medicine treatment patients,the behavioral score of prescribed drugs,the mastery level of Chinese medicine decoction methods,and the time of disease improvement;TCM syndromes points and quality of life of patients treated with Chinese medicine before and after intervention;incidence of adverse reactions in traditional Chinese medicine.Results Chinese pharmacists were satisfi ed with the pharmacy service group,the TCM syndromes and the quality of life of patients treated with Chinese medicine,the level of cognition of the mechanism of Chinese medicine action,the behavioral score of drugs prescribed by doctors,the level of mastery of Chinese medicine decoction,and the improvement of diseases.The time and incidence of adverse reactions in Chinese medicine were better than those in the conventional Chinese medicine administration group,P<0.05.Conclusion Chinese pharmacists carry out pharmacy services to guide patients to correctly take traditional Chinese medicine decoctions,which can improve patients'understanding of the principles of traditional Chinese medicine,improve the patient's prognosis and quality of life,and follow the doctor's instructions to decoct and take the medicine correctly,which can reduce the occurrence of adverse eff ects of Chinese medicine.Accelerate the improvement of the patient's condition,and the eff ect is defi nite.
