中药房中药饮片处方点评研究

Research on Prescription of Traditional Chinese Medicine Tablets in Chinese Pharmacy

目的研究分析中草药饮片处方点评措施对中药房中草药饮片处方临床合理使用的影响。方法随机抽选2018年1月至2018年12月本院中药房中开出的1000份中草药饮片处方,抽签法分成对照组和观察组,每组500份,对照组不开展中草药饮片处方点评,观察组开展中草药饮片处方点评。分析两组不合理用药及医患纠纷情况。结果观察组中不合理用药率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组中医患纠纷率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床在中药房的处方开具工作中,希望中医临床诊断尽量使用中医的病名,开展中草药饮片处方点评有利于明确各类中成药的药理作用、性味归经、配伍关系、药用剂量和疗程,从而避免或者减少临床中草药饮片处方不合理使用发生,进一步的提升中草药饮片处方合理用药水平。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of Chinese herbal medicine prescription review on the rational use of Chinese herbal medicine prescription in Chinese pharmacy.Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,a random selection of 1,000 prescriptions for Chinese herbal medicine was made in the Chinese pharmacy of the hospital.The sampling method was divided into 500 prescriptions for each group in the control group and the observation group.The control group did not carry out prescription reviews for Chinese herbal medicine.The observation group carried out prescription reviews for Chinese herbal medicine.Analysis of two groups of unreasonable drug use and doctor-patient disputes.Results The unreasonable drug use rate in the observation group was signifi cantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The dispute rate of TCM in the observation group was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical prescription work in Chinese pharmacies,it is hoped that the clinical diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine will use the name of Chinese medicine as far as possible,and the prescription of Chinese herbal drink tablets will help to clarify the pharmacological eff ects,sexual taste conversion,compatibility,medicinal dose and course of treatment of various Chinese medicines.In order to avoid or reduce the unreasonable use of prescription of herbal medicine tablets in clinical practice,further improve the level of prescription of herbal medicine tablets reasonable medication.
