丹参多酚酸盐治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效的初步观察及评估

Preliminary Observation and Evaluation of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Polyphenolate in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris

目的初步观察及评估分析丹参多酚酸盐治疗冠心病心绞痛的治疗效果。方法选取本院(在2018年1月至2019年2月)收治的90例冠心病心绞痛患者,按照不同治疗方法分为对照组(45例,应用常规治疗方法)和试验组(45例,在对照组的基础上应用丹参多酚酸盐方法)。采用统计学分析两组冠心病心绞痛患者的心绞痛治疗效果以及治疗前后平均心绞痛发作持续时间、平均心绞痛发作次数以及平均视觉模拟评分。结果①试验组冠心病心绞痛患者的心绞痛治疗效果高于对照组(P<0.05)。②两组冠心病心绞痛患者治疗前平均心绞痛发作持续时间、平均心绞痛发作次数以及平均视觉模拟评分比较无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组冠心病心绞痛患者的平均心绞痛发作持续时间、平均心绞痛发作次数以及平均视觉模拟评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹参多酚酸盐治疗冠心病心绞痛的治疗效果显著。

Objective To observe and evaluate the therapeutic eff ect of salvianolate on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods Ninety patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were divided into control group(45 cases were treated with conventional therapy)and experimental group(45 cases were treated with salvianolate method on the basis of control group).Statistical analysis was made on the treatment eff ect of angina pectoris,the average duration of angina pectoris attack,the average frequency of angina pectoris attack and the average visual analogue score before and after treatment.Results The therapeutic eff ect of angina pectoris in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no signifi cant diff erence in the average duration of angina pectoris attack,the average number of angina pectoris attacks and the average visual analogue score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the average duration of angina pectoris attack,the average number of angina pectoris attacks and average visual analogue score in the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenolic acid salts are eff ective in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
