居家护理模式对全髋关节置换术患者髋关节功能、负性情绪的影响

Effect of Home Care Model on Hip Joint Function and Negative Emotion in Patients Undergoing Total Hip Replacement

目的探讨居家护理模式对全髋关节置换术患者髋关节功能、负性情绪的意义研究。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在辽宁省大连市友谊医院骨二科进行治疗80例全髋关节置换术患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例患者给予常规出院前的健康教育;试验组40例在对照组的基础上给予居家护理干预方案。对比两组患者护理后的髋关节功能及负性情绪。结果护理后,试验组患者抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者痛疼评分、功能评分、活动评分、畸形评分以及Harris评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论居家护理模式可明显减轻全髋关节置换术患者焦虑及抑郁程度,有助于患者髋关节功能的恢复,提高其生活质量。

Objective To explore the significance of home care model on hip function and negative emotion in patients with total hip replacement.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,80 patients with total hip replacement were treated in the No.2 Department of Orthopedics,Dalian Friendship Hospital,Liaoning Province,and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.40 patients in the control group were given routine predischarge health education;40 patients in the experimental group were given home care intervention programs on the basis of the control group.The hip joint function and negative emotions of the two groups of patients after nursing were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)of the experimental group were signifi cantly lower than those of the control group,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);the pain score and function of the experimental group were the score,activity score,deformity score and Harris score were signifi cantly higher than those of the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The home care model can signifi cantly reduce the anxiety and depression of patients undergoing total hip replacement,help the recovery of hip joint function,and improve their quality of life.
