循证护理在恩度联合放化疗治疗晚期鼻咽癌患者中的应用效果

Efficacy of Evidence-based Nursing in Endostar Combined with Radiotherapy and Chemorotherapy in the Treatment of Patients with Advanced Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

目的探讨循证护理在恩度联合放化疗治疗晚期鼻咽癌患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院2018年10月至2019年3月收治的进行放化疗的晚期鼻咽癌患者共计80例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。两组患者均在接受放化疗的同时进行恩度治疗,对照组患者采用普通护理模式,研究组患者采用循证护理服务模式,观察两组患者的不良反应、生活质量、舒适度和安全感以及护理满意度。结果研究组患者的不良反应评分、生活质量评分、SDS评分、SAS评分、患者护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在恩度联合放化疗治疗晚期鼻咽癌患者中实施循证护理可有效提升患者的生活质量及护理满意度,有更好的临床价值。

Objective To investigate the eff ect of evidence-based nursing for patients with advanced nasopharyngeal cancer treated with endostar combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods A total of 80 patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in our hospital from October 2018 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received general nursing mode,and the patients in the study group adopted evidence-based nursing service mode.The toxicity and side eff ects of patients in the two groups,the comparison of patients'quality of life,the patients'comfort and sense of security score,and the satisfaction of patients and their families after nursing were observed.Results The adverse reaction score,quality of life score,SDS score,SAS score,and patient care satisfaction of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in patients with advanced nasopharyngeal cancer treated with endostar combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy can eff ectively improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients,which has good clinical value.
