优质护理干预在心脏病合并高血压患者中的应用

Application of Quality Nursing Intervention in Patients with Heart Disease Complicated with Hypertension

目的探讨优质护理干预在心脏病合并高血压患者中的应用价值。方法选取我院收治的心脏病合并高血压患者140例,按照随机数字表法进行分组,其中对照组70例,行常规护理干预,观察组70例,行优质护理干预,对两组患者的干预效果进行对比。结果干预后,观察组患者舒张压、收缩压水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量(SF-36)评分、自我护理能力评分(ESCA)均明显高于对照组,焦虑(SAS)与抑郁(SDS)评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组患者护理满意度明显升高(P<0.05)。结论优质护理在改善心脏病合并高血压患者情绪状态、血压水平方面均可发挥积极作用,且有利于提高患者生活质量,改善护患关系。

Objective To explore the value of quality nursing intervention in patients with heart disease and hypertension.Methods A total of 140 patients with heart disease complicated with hypertension admitted to our hospital were enrolled according to the random number table method.70 patients in the control group underwent routine nursing intervention,and 70 patients in the observation group underwent quality nursing intervention.The eff ect is compared.Results After intervention,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the observation group were signifi cantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life(SF-36)score and self-care ability score(ESCA)of the observation group were signifi cantly higher than the control group.Observation group anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)scores were signifi cantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was signifi cantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality nursing can play an active role in improving the emotional state and blood pressure of patients with heart disease and hypertension,and it is benefi cial to improve the quality of life of patients and improve the relationship between nurses and patients.
