早期康复护理对颅脑外伤术后运动障碍患者功能恢复的影响

Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing on Functional Recovery of Patients with Dysfunction after Craniocerebral Trauma Operation

目的探讨和分析颅脑外伤术后运动功能障碍患者应用早期康复护理对其术后运动功能恢复产生的影响。方法以90例2018年5月至2019年3月在我院进行手术治疗的颅脑外伤患者为研究对象,将其分为对比组(n=45)及研究组(n=45),所有患者均接受病情评估、生命体征监测以及用药指导等常规护理干预,给予研究组患者早期康复护理。结果护理前,两组患者的FMA评分以及Barthel指数评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,两组患者的FMA评分以及Barthel指数评分组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比组患者家属的护理总满意率为80%,研究组为95.56%,护理满意率组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颅脑外伤术后运动功能障碍患者应用早期康复护理能够加快其运动功能改善以及提高生活品质。

Objective To explore and analyze the eff ect of early rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of motor function in patients with motor dysfunction after head injury.Methods Ninety patients with craniocerebral trauma who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from May 2018 to March 2019 were divided into comparison group(n=45)and study group(n=45).All patients received routine nursing interventions such as condition assessment,vital signs monitoring,and medication guidance,and provided early rehabilitation care for patients in the study group.Results Before nursing,there was no signifi cant diff erence in FMA score and Barthel index score between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After nursing,the diff erence between the two groups of patients'FMA score and Barthel index score was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of nursing care for the family members of patients in the comparison group was 80%,and that of the study group was 95.56%.There was a statistically signifi cant diff erence in the nursing satisfaction rate between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing for patients with motor dysfunction after craniocerebral trauma can speed up the improvement of their motor function and quality of life.
