流产后关爱护理在计划生育门诊人工流产中的应用效果

Effect of Post-abortion Care and Nursing on Abortion in Family Planning Clinic

目的分析流产后关爱护理在计划生育门诊人工流产中的应用效果。方法选取2016年2月至2018年12月我中心妇科门诊中收治的80例需要行人工流产的患者为对象。采用随机数表法,将患者均分为研究组与对照组(每组40例)。予以对照组患者常规护理措施,予以研究组患者流产后关爱护理,比较两组患者的护理效果及对护理质量的满意程度。结果研究组患者就合理避孕率(95%)、专业知识评分(92.30±2.70)及对护理质量的满意度(97.50%)上均明显优于对照组[80%、(80.70±2.50)、85%],且各项对比结果差异显著(组间χ^2或t值为2.057、29.367、1.957),均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对进行人工流产的患者采取流产后关爱护理,能够有效的提高患者的合理避孕率以及对专业知识的了解程度,同时提升患者对护理质量的满意度,该模式具有显著的推广运用价值。

Objective To study and analyze the eff ect of post-abortion care in family planning outpatient abortion.Methods Eighty patients who needed induced abortion were selected from the family planning clinic of our center from February 2016 to December 2018.The study group and the control group(40 cases in each group)were set up after equalization by random number table method.Routine nursing measures were given to patients in the control group and cares after abortion were given to patients in the study group.The nursing eff ect and satisfaction degree of nursing quality were compared between the two groups.Results Rational contraceptive rate(95.0%),professional knowledge score(92.30±2.70)and satisfaction with nursing quality(97.50%)in the study group were signifi cantly better than those in the control group(80%,80.70±2.50,85%)and there were signifi cant diff erences between the two groups(χ^2 or t values were 2.057,29.367,1.957),with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).Conclusion Care nursing after abortion can eff ectively improve the rational contraceptive rate and knowledge of the patients,and improve the patients'satisfaction with the quality of nursing.This model has signifi cant application value.
