摘要
目的研究在耳鼻喉内镜检查护理中应用人文关怀护理的应用效果。方法于我院耳鼻喉内镜检查患者中随机抽取76例为研究对象,并分为两组,其中对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予人文关怀护理,对比两组护理效果。结果对照组患者的HAMA为(18.26±1.16)分,HAMD为(17.95±1.08)分。观察组患者的HAMA为(8.21±0.67)分,HAMD为(7.83±0.62)分。对照组的VAS评分为(5.13±0.29)分,检查时间为(21.76±2.49)min。观察组的VAS评分为(3.52±0.24)分,检查时间为(14.45±2.31)min。对照组满意度25例(65.79%)。观察组满意度36例(94.74%),两组对比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在耳鼻喉内镜检查中采用人文关怀护理,可有效改善患者负面情绪,减轻患者不适感,让检查时间得到缩短,提高患者满意度,推广应用有重要价值。
Objective To study the application eff ect of humanistic care in ENT endoscopy.Methods Seventy-six patients in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given humanistic care.Compare the nursing eff ect of the two groups.Results HAMA and HAMD in control group were(18.26±1.16)and(17.95±1.08)respectively.HAMA and HAMD in observation group were(8.21±0.67)and(7.83±0.62)respectively.The VAS score of the control group was(5.13±0.29)points,and the examination time was(21.76±2.49)min.The VAS score of the observation group was(3.52±0.24)points,and the examination time was(14.45±2.31)min.In the control group,25 cases(65.79%)were satisfi ed,in the observation group,36 cases(94.74%)were satisfi ed,and the diff erence was signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care in ENT endoscopy can eff ectively improve the negative emotions of patients,reduce the discomfort of patients,shorten the examination time,improve the satisfaction of patients,and have important value in popularization and application.
