全面护理对急性心肌梗死并心律失常患者护理效果的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Nursing Effect of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction and Arrhythmia

目的探讨全面护理对急性心肌梗死并心律失常患者护理效果的影响。方法分层抽样法选取2019年1月至2020年1月本院90例急性心肌梗死并心律失常患者。随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各45例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组则实施全面护理。比较两组干预效果。结果干预后,研究组健康知识掌握度、依从性评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组心功能、心律失常改善总有效率分别为93.33%、95.56%,高于对照组77.78%、80.00%(P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死并心律失常患者中实施全面护理可提升其健康知识掌握度、依从性,有助于改善心功能、心律失常恢复效果。

Objective To explore the eff ect of comprehensive nursing on the nursing eff ect of patients with acute myocardial infarction and arrhythmia.Methods The stratifi ed sampling method was used to select 90 patients with acute myocardial infarction and arrhythmia in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020.The random number table method was divided into a control group and a study group,with 45 cases each.The control group received routine care,while the study group received comprehensive care.The eff ects of interventions were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the health knowledge mastery and compliance scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the total eff ective rates of cardiac function and arrhythmia improvement in the study group were 93.33%and 95.56%,which were higher than the control group by 77.78%,80.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing care in patients with acute myocardial infarction and arrhythmia can improve their mastery of health knowledge and compliance,which is benefi cial to improving cardiac function and arrhythmia recovery eff ect.
