Effect of Solvent System Temperature on Performance of Refined HMX

摘要 采用喷雾干燥法,以丙酮为溶剂,在不同入口温度下细化得到HMX。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线粉末衍射仪(P-XRD)及差示扫描量热法(DSC)对其性能进行表征及分析,并测试了原料HMX以及细化HMX的撞击感度。结果表明,在入口温度为80℃时,制备的HMX形貌趋于球形且表面光滑,粒径分布均匀;与原料HMX相比,细化后的HMX表观活化能降低了42.17kJ/mol,指前因子降低明显;特性落高由33.50cm升高至63.23cm,安全性能得到提高。 By use of spray drying method,the HMX was refined at different inlet temperatures based on acetone as solvent.The samples were characterized and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray powder diffraction(P-XRD)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),as well as the impact sensitivity of raw material and refined HMX were tested.The results show that when the inlet temperature is 80℃,the morphology of HMX prepared under this condition tends to be spherical,the surface is smooth,and particle size distribution is uniform.Compared with the raw material HMX,the apparent activation energy of the refined HMX is reduced by 42.17kJ/mol,and the pre-exponential factor decrease significantly.The characteristic drop height increases from 33.50cm to 63.23cm,which shows the safety performance is improved.
